Special Circumstance Questions

The corporate version will allow the company to optionally add "Special Circumstance" questions which are intended to identify inappropriate behavior. An example would be "This person treats members of the opposite sex inappropriately". Many responders who witnessed inappropriate behavior, but did not feel comfortable reporting it to HR would likely be willing to answer Yes on a survey question in which their answers would be combined with others.

Another option would be to ask the Responder to rate the Requester on a scale of 1:10. That way, the Requester could see their score and we could also provide the average for the company and also the average for the entire country.
